The Olivar market in Palma on Saturday morning remembers me the busy market “La Boquería” in Barcelona or “San Miguel” in Madrid.

It is becoming every week more and more a must go for an oyster’s tasting…

… a sushi degustation or a typical tapa’s appetizer at the “Bar del Peix” such us “pescaito frito” or “calamares” as the spanish do in Andalusia!

The fish offer on the market is amazing but the best is that after you have your fresh food on the bag you can enjoy with friends having a beer, glass of wine or even champaign and eating at the same location.
For the ones who don’t like to be standing without chairs or waiting for a table you better miss the saturday.
If you are the ones who miss a little bit the buzz on a big city… Saturday is the best day for you!
I hope to see you there!
Los puestos de venta de ostras son una idea genial, le da aún más encanto al mercado de El Olivar y te da un aliciente más si cabe para ir a comprar los sábados
