Finca located in a very quiet area, surrounded by a conservation area surrounded by forest and just 5 minutes from Porto Colom and 12 Km. from Cala d’Or, with sea views. It is located in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by plots which are either included in the ANEI (the most protective places for building in the island) or plots where there is no permission for building.
