Mallorca Site Founding Partner. Born in Palma de Mallorca in 1976, he is the son of the prestigious architect Miguel Arenas Gou. A graduate holding a Masters in Business Administration and company Management by the renown Business School ESADE, with a specialization in International Management. Daniel attended his last year at the CBS Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark.
His professional career includes several spells at famous multinationals, marketing at the Caixa d'Estalvis of Barcelona HQ, Accounts Auditing at PriceWaterHouse & Coopers in Barcelona and finally, Tax advisor at a company where he was a key member of the management.
He moved to Majorca in 2004 with the intention to start his own business - a place where he could develop and apply all skills learned at University and during his working life, combining it with his deep knowledge of the island, and his family passion for architecture.
Thus, the Mallorca Site project was born in 2004 in partnership with his University colleague and now wife Gloria Rodríguez. It is their knowledge of the island, their contact with professionals in the sector, knowledge of local tax regimes and legal matters and use of new technologies that makes a difference when it comes to the firm's real estate quality service.

Her professional career includes several spells at multinational firms, marketing for Danone, Account Auditing at Andersen Consulting Barcelona and finally as a Director of a family Tax and Legal consultancy firm .
Gloria moved to Majorca in 2004 with her University colleague and then already husband Daniel Arenas, with the intention to start a common project, given their great ability to work as a team that had been developed during their student days and professional careers. After analyzing the different possibilities that the island could offer, Daniel and Gloria identified the real estate market as the business opportunity where they could offer a personal and professional service to foreign clients.
