Capdellà is a small village in the municipality of Calvia located on the southern slopes of Puig de sa crane, 115 feet high. A two-mile road connects the village with Calvia. Puigpunyent also communicates with through Galilee, climb the Coll de Andratx and Peguera Esteve down between Vic and Muller are the Puig des Revell. These three mountain roads are recommended to fully enjoy breathtaking views over the terms of Calvia and Andratx. The imposing presence of the Puig de Galatzó, of 1027 meters high, dominates the rural landscape of the town, which was built between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries by workers of the old mansions in the area. Formed by a small village and some scattered houses, currently has a population of about one thousand inhabitants, including many foreigners who have chosen this quiet place as a place of residence. In the center of town is the Carmelite church built during the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. Following a legend of the nineteenth century, inspired by the legend of Count Arnau de Catalunya, the Earl of Formiguera became the Comte Mal, a character convicted of cruelty to ride forever every night of the year on a black horse in flames .
