The model is based on investors acquiring shares in a limited company that owns the property.
Use your home exclusively, in proportion to your ownership
Depending on the number of shares you are allowed to use it more or
less weeks.
The idea is to share the property between minimum 2
people maximum 8, ideally between 4.
2 people would be 180 nights per year for each.
4 people 90 nights per year.
1 share= ⅛ ownership= 45 nights per year.
2 shares = 1/4 ownership= 90 nights per year.
3 shares = ⅜ ownership= 135 nights per year.
4 shares = 1/2 ownership= 180 nights per year.
*A single share includes 45 nights per year. You can purchase up to 4
shares which is owning half of the property.
